Great amenities, good work locations, amazing perks. The development culture is very open and light. There is a focus on producing impact, which is very nice.
The ad market is very unstable, and things around the metaverse are crude at the moment.
Ditch the metaverse as the main objective of the company.

Machine Learning Engineer
The first stage was a screen round with behavioral questions and 2 LeetCode problems, one medium and one hard, taking 15 to 17 minutes each. If you are selected, the loop consists of 4 to 6 interviews: 2 design, 2 coding, and 1 behavioral.
