Getting stuff done can be tricky due to XFN teams owning products useful for submitting flows.
A lot of pressure on impact.
Ramp-up can be very difficult for an E5.

Machine Learning Engineer
A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn. I had a 30-minute intro call with her, followed by a technical screen with an ML Engineer. I practiced a bunch of LeetCode for the screen, based off of Reddit advice.
