A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn. I had a 30-minute intro call with her, followed by a technical screen with an ML Engineer. I practiced a bunch of LeetCode for the screen, based off of Reddit advice.
Phone screen, followed by a technical. The final round consists of 3 technicals, a behavioral, and a machine learning system design. Pretty standard stuff. PROS: Interviewers were kind, helpful, and professional. CONS: Scheduling was a bit awkward.
