Everything good about the company is slowly being destroyed. Top-down management is pushing out bottom-up innovation. Decision-making lacks depth and analysis; it just follows the latest trend. We haven't been able to influence anything in the market. Lots of high-profile bets have been abandoned, like payment, metaverse, etc.
Get a professional CEO like Google or MSFT, rather than treating this like a playground.
