Confusing conflict of bottom-up and top-down. Not enough folks to do all we want to do.
Phone screen with recruiter. Followed by a very soft-skills-focused in-person interview (1 hour) with a Sr. Manager. The next step is a technical phone interview, which hasn't happened yet but is already scheduled.
The coding part is very hard. The HM is very nice, but I did not get the offer. I don't know how to do the system design. I need more practice.
The interview process is normal, asking 2 coding questions within 45 minutes. You should anticipate needing to answer several types of results and choose the best one, also including time and space complexity analysis.
