My coworkers have been some of the smartest, nicest folks I've met in the industry.
Leadership makes stupid decisions that end up costing regular ICs jobs, while they give themselves fat bonuses despite repeated blunders with product releases, PR disasters, etc.
Start listening to your users and your employees. Not every idea out of Zuckerberg's head is gold.
