every six months you go through the hunger games of PSC. Where you hope your manager is capable enough, and likes you enough to fight your case. If you please the machine, you'll be rewarded, if not, you'll be placed on the yeet list.
You'll be working with crap tools, no documentation and poor communication. if you're london based, you'll be having late meetings, and waiting for america to wake up so you can find out why x, y & z aren't working. (they don't write anything down)
Also, you'll not be in the room for planning, so good luck getting the fun jobs.
