Excellent engineering and human culture.
Excellent competence of colleagues.
Great pay and great benefits.
Demanding company. You need to work hard and you cannot relax. It's not about work/life balance; that part is alright. No one ever asked me to work overtime. But you need to work at 100% of your capacity.
Management is not always transparent.
