Exceptional Growth, High Cost
Besides the usual (brilliant people, delicious free meals for breakfast/lunch/dinner, beautiful campus, great benefits, cutting-edge technology, etc.), I was surprised by how open the information transfer is from team to team and how much flexibility and options there are for career growth.
Despite the great salary, the cost of living in the area is still a pain point.
I would like to see more tech talks from people outside of Facebook.
