Each day employees are waterboarded with wokeness. The focus of the company now seems to be social engineering and activism.
From an engineering perspective, there is a 'not-invented-here' syndrome, almost as bad as RedHat. There are many third rails that may not be touched.
Bring in leaders at every level with views that will break the echo chamber.
Commit to ideological diversity rather than skin color diversity.
Return to being a platform for discussion and debate.
