Awesome idea of a bootcamp. All new people, regardless of their experience, start in an 8-week-ish bootcamp. This is ideal for ramping up on the company-wide infrastructure (since almost all the software in Facebook is homegrown). Also, you get to choose your team at job fairs. How cool!
