Great management, fulfilling work, wonderful culture, awesome benefits. The quality of our free food is amazing. There are many opportunities for individual impact on the company.
I don't know if I have 20 words of cons. I guess that's what fillers like this are for. The only con is sometimes things are a bit underdefined, especially with our systems. For example, what do you use to accomplish Task X? Which library?
Keep doing what you're doing! I honestly feel that because of the culture and the room for innovation, eventually someone will create a system to help engineers locate resources more easily. I feel like our culture creates a self-healing system.
