I have full ownership of my project and make virtually all design decisions.
Code review is fast, effective, and helpful.
Easy to work on high-impact projects - lots of drudgery has been automated away.
Coworkers are competent and enjoy sharing their knowledge.
Tons of free stuff all the time:
IT is frictionless; it's easy to get high-quality hardware quickly, even out of vending machines.
Very open about almost all aspects of the company.
Management stays out of the way and is focused on helping you work well.
Work/life balance is insane. I and many other interns often work 10+ hours a day and weekends.
Pressure is very high.

Work/life balance is difficult to deal with for a lot of people.
Science is against open office plans. More personal spaces would be great for introverted people in the company.
Introductions, followed by two LeetCode easy/medium questions within 45 minutes. Time was also allocated for questions at the end. You're allowed to turn your camera off during the LeetCoding part. The interviewer was nice and provided hints. They
Easy initial screening call going over system administration basics, a follow-up coding interview with basic algorithmic and style questions, and then a production engineering focused interview going into system internals.
Tree question. Couldn't give tips at all. Interviewer was disconnected and condescending for each reject in 45 minutes. Really terrible candidate experience. There have been few good experiences with Meta.
