The culture is amazing and collaborative. If I ever had a challenge with getting something done, I felt like I had the support of every member of my team. The autonomy we enjoyed was second to none. My manager always checked up on me to make sure my workload wasn't too much.
Too many meetings. If there is one thing I would change, it's the amount of meetings conducted throughout the company. It's great to have a culture where collaboration and communication are at the core of a company's values. However, there is a point where the meetings get in the way of getting projects done.
Reduce the amount of meetings. I'm sure most, if not all, staff would not mind sitting in on one or two less meetings a week.

Tree question. Couldn't give tips at all. Interviewer was disconnected and condescending for each reject in 45 minutes. Really terrible candidate experience. There have been few good experiences with Meta.
