Loads of work and not enough work-life balance. We move too fast, and proper planning doesn't happen upfront, so you spend a lot of time working on features that ultimately never release, which can be disheartening. Annual reviews are stressful and focused too much on making "impact" instead of focusing on the impact of the job itself.
