- Growth is good.
- Lots of smart people.
- If you have a good idea, you can likely build it if you get some support.
- 6-month PSC cycle with a 15-20% "Below Expectations" quota can stress people out.
- Not the best work-life balance (45 hours per week, very intense).
- Decrease Below Expectations quota to 5%.
- This will decrease focus on short-term wins (<6 month projects).
- Focus more on long-term goals.
