Good salary, perks, benefits, stocks, offices, and talented people to work with.
Inconsistent experience with managers: some were very good and knowledgeable, providing good support and good performance ratings, while doing the same work and receiving bad ratings with toxic, biased, and unsupportive managers.
Lack of transparency on certain business decisions.
Lack of diversity and different perspectives.
Screening Interview: 15-ish minutes of behavioral questions (tell me about a time when...). 40-minute coding exercise. Parenthesis balancing, I recall. It was not too hard. Full Interview: * 1 behavioral question * 1 system design question * 2 co
Tree question. Couldn't give tips at all. Interviewer was disconnected and condescending for each reject in 45 minutes. Really terrible candidate experience. There have been few good experiences with Meta.
There were 5 rounds of interviews. The first round was with HR. The second round was a technical round with architecture questions. The next round involved a coding interview with detailed C++ 17 and C++ 20 features.
