Good food at the office.
Most of the benefits are now suspended, except for the basic ones like medical and pension. We used to have great perks pre-COVID, but now it’s all gone. The Reality Labs org is crazily mismanaged. Projects get canceled all the time, and engineers struggle to find meaningful work, especially in London.
