- Lots of autonomy and flexibility
- Plenty of very smart people to learn from

- Easy to change teams
Lots of chaos, especially in product teams and integrity.
High level of red tape in product development.
Constant re-org and change of direction.
Offices outside of CA have limited options for internal mobility.
Work/life balance may be very bad (especially in the USA), but it depends on the org/team.
