- The PSC culture and stack ranking create a toxic environment with politics and backstabbing. For this reason alone, I would gladly sacrifice my high salary for something more humane.
Change PSC. This will allow us to collaborate without the constant fear of someone sticking a knife in our back, thus enabling us to produce a higher quality of work.

Tree question. Couldn't give tips at all. Interviewer was disconnected and condescending for each reject in 45 minutes. Really terrible candidate experience. There have been few good experiences with Meta.
