I grew a lot working at Meta (formerly Facebook), and I don’t regret a day of my decision. Having stayed there for 3 years, I got promoted and was well recognized for my work.
The company is going down, with stocks dropping and hiring freezing.
Employee retention seems like an issue now.

Tree question. Couldn't give tips at all. Interviewer was disconnected and condescending for each reject in 45 minutes. Really terrible candidate experience. There have been few good experiences with Meta.
