Good compensation, strong teammates, and lots of interesting problems to work on. You can progress your career extremely quickly.
PSC makes things very stressful, and WLB can be quite bad, depending on the team. The culture has deteriorated a lot, and it seems like people are in perpetual fear of layoffs/PIP.
