Best compensation on the market, perks are really good still. Landing impact for billions of people is pretty awesome.
No work-life balance. Over 50 work hours per week, with a lot of stress and pressure. Morale is at an all-time low.
Stack ranking started this year, so everyone is worried about their individual performance, and collaboration has dropped a lot. Not the company it used to be 3 years ago.
