Great place to work if you like a fast-paced environment
Had some of my best engineering accomplishments at Meta. Get to work on products that have high impact. If you are someone who enjoys working in fast-paced environments, this is the place for you to be. There's lots of empathy in the employees and managers around in different orgs.
The review cycle is a nightmare and makes it into a very competitive and stressful environment. The whole layoff debacle really added a lot of stress to people and was handled poorly by leads.

Tree question. Couldn't give tips at all. Interviewer was disconnected and condescending for each reject in 45 minutes. Really terrible candidate experience. There have been few good experiences with Meta.
