Huge scale challenges, compensation, brilliant coworkers, perks and benefits, high degree of freedom to do what you like.
The promotion process is unclear and becoming political. There is no real freedom of speech, and the work/life balance isn't great.
Change the performance review process. It hurts motivation and generates high false negatives.
