The interviewer should ask questions related to the job. There should be a panel for the job selection. Questions should cover quizzes, IT, drug addiction, and experience. Many more software-related topics should also be addressed.
Tree question. Couldn't give tips at all. Interviewer was disconnected and condescending for each reject in 45 minutes. Really terrible candidate experience. There have been few good experiences with Meta.
