The Facebook recruitment team was helpful throughout the process. They let you know what to expect in the coming steps. The interview consisted of a phone screen, a technical interview, and then a full-day virtual on-site.

The interview process was smooth, but I didn’t make it past the virtual technical screening. The first half was a personality interview, describing some interpersonal scenarios, followed by two brief coding problems.
