- Rapid growth in AR/VR and rapidly changing procedures are a little hectic.
- High legacy code tech debt due to low-quality code written in a rush to get Oculus Go & Quest out the door.
- Unstable testing infrastructure and low commitment to improvement.
Sometimes it's worthwhile to slow down or stop making new features and fix the current broken features and infrastructure.

Senior Software Engineer
Tree question. Couldn't give tips at all. Interviewer was disconnected and condescending for each reject in 45 minutes. Really terrible candidate experience. There have been few good experiences with Meta.
