Bottom-up culture with lots of room for people that have ideas to shine.
Layoffs, job freezes, and uncertainty have made morale absolutely horrible for the past 9 months. Impact and "move-fast" comes at the expense of other things.
Stability!

Tree question. Couldn't give tips at all. Interviewer was disconnected and condescending for each reject in 45 minutes. Really terrible candidate experience. There have been few good experiences with Meta.
