A very challenging and interesting work environment with very good benefits.
The everyday work might get intense from time to time.
After applying through the Meta website and passing the initial resume screening, I received an email from a recruiter scheduling an initial technical interview. I didn't feel very prepared for the interviews.
Glassdoor is forcing me to write a review, so I will write one. The interview comprised of coding interviews (3 phases, if I recall correctly), each conducted by different people. Certain individuals advanced at each stage, while others were let go.
The interviewer was late and seemed very tired and quite adversarial. This was not the most positive experience. I've heard that other people have had good interviews at Meta, however.
