- you will be most effective if you work as everyone (11am - 8pm) - I personally hated it.
- you could feel that they encourage you to literally live there - you could occasionally hear about people who were doing that.
- they encourage being gay - I felt like it were more normal to be gay than not.
- their main motto "be open" is not so open for negative opinions.
Do not ask people what they feel about something if you only expect positive opinions.
