Where should I start?
Really bad middle management, clueless about what is going on in the business. Performance review driven engineering. Nearly nobody cares deeply about the product; many just want to get paid well and tick their own boxes.
Not super diverse in engineering in the London office. Many people are from one nationality, which impacts how much you can learn from different cultures.
HR is toxic. They found a loophole in London and started firing engineers who have low performance ratings and had under 2 years tenure, without any notice. That’s super bad!
Super dumb leadership. Employees have virtually no trust for leadership due to a track record of going in the wrong direction and lack of communication. Avoid here at all costs.
