Free food is great; all the perks are amazing, actually. A very open engineering culture, very collaboration-focused.
PSCs bias for short-term impact, and it feels like everyone is really focused on PSCs. A lot of re-architecture projects are ongoing because not enough time was spent on the original architecture design.
