In-office benefits have been getting worse and worse.

Diminished growth opportunities from lack of hiring.
Many of my responsibilities as an engineer could be done by a non-technical person. This makes the work very frustrating.
So much red tape to get things started.
I feel like the company wants employees to leave or resign based on the constant stream of bad news, not the fun place to work that I had hoped for when I joined.
