Stood up in an interview, twice. Unprofessionalism all around. I have to be honest, I was really looking forward to a FAANG interview, but if that's the way they treat candidates, then it gives me all the insight I need.

Phone screen. A recruiter reached out to me. They didn't schedule for months and finally did. It was just 45 minutes and didn't go well. I messed up. There was a LeetCode Easy and a LeetCode Hard. I was just being dumb. It was an okay interview.

Brutal, but fair. Prepare yourself to write code without the ability to compile or run it. The problems will be algorithmic and not practical, but challenging. It was long, but again, not too much.
