A great company to work at
Great employee benefits and compensation. Very flexible to explore different teams. Very fast promotion pace. Some people complain about WLB, but it's never an issue for me. I never work overtime and have a good WLB for all the teams I've stayed with.
The review process is getting more lengthy as the company grows. A lot of additional work needs to be done for privacy protection.
