Work-life balance, infrastructure, team members, projects, in-person + remote benefits, pay.
Honestly, I can't think of much. It's basically great in every category.
I set up a technical interview. The interviewer was a bit flustered and couldn't figure out how to get audio to work on Zoom for about 15 minutes. That being said, he gave me the extra time that was taken from those technical difficulties.
Applied through a referral. A recruiter emailed me a few days later and set up a technical phone screen for three weeks later. The phone interview was 45 minutes with an engineer. I didn't make it past that round.
The interview process took about a month and included a LeetCode-style problem. The recruiter was excellent—very communicative and supportive throughout. It was clear they genuinely wanted candidates to succeed and were there to help at every step.
