Many teams to choose from, perks fantastic, flexible work/life balance can be found depending on team and your attitude.
You can work on product, you can work on infra, you can even go work on research.
Company culture is very uniform. Not a con, just something to keep in mind.
Great if it aligns with you. If not, you might have to brush up on your persona abilities.
Company drama can be a bit of a mental distraction – try to keep yourself focused.
