Great pay and perks. Free food if you work at the office.
Insanely stressful environment; everything revolves around biannual performance reviews. WLB is abysmal; I constantly see my colleagues working after 11 PM or on weekends. Very high expectations: on top of engineering, engineers are expected to do a lot of management and people work. My team doesn't even have a dedicated project manager.
