I had an initial phone screen with a recruiter in April of 2020. I was told to expect a follow-up call in about three weeks, but I was ghosted. During the call, the interviewer asked about my background and why I wanted to work for Facebook.

Career fair, followed by a 30-minute interview a week later.

Applied on the Facebook career website. Received an email response about a month later, and a phone interview was set up about a week after that. The phone interview included brief introductory questions about experience and fit, followed by a codi
