Your experience here is entirely dependent on what team/org you join.
That being said, I have had a great experience here with hardworking and pleasant coworkers, a great manager, wonderful compensation, and absurdly good work/life balance.
In a big company, you will work on one very specific thing. Almost none of the skills I've developed here are transferable.
The coding part is very hard. The HM is very nice, but I did not get the offer. I don't know how to do the system design. I need more practice.
The interview process is normal, asking 2 coding questions within 45 minutes. You should anticipate needing to answer several types of results and choose the best one, also including time and space complexity analysis.
I had a mock interview with a MET employee. He asked me a question based on stacks and emphasized the importance of talking the interviewer through your code.
