Internal transfer. Two coding and one system design interview rounds. Both coding rounds had hard questions and seemed to expect me to come up with an optimal solution. I didn't come up with the optimal solution and failed the interview.

I applied online. The process took two weeks. The onsite consists of four rounds: - One traditional coding round - One AI-enabled coding round where you have access to an AI assistant - One system design or product architecture round - One behaviora

A 45-minute coding interview was conducted via phone. The interviewer was nice and asked guiding questions. At the end, they asked about code complexity and potential improvements.
