Great benefits, comps, and inclusion. Every coworker is very respectful and smart.
Continuous changes of focus and reorgs, and a lack of proper management.
After the layoff, the engineers definitely take on a lot of the work for project management, and there are definitely much higher expectations.
Have clear direction and better collaboration between XFN.
Do not pass everything down to engineers to do everything.
