First of all, they sent me some questions to answer. These questions were about me and about what I'm studying. Then, after about one month, they sent me an email to schedule my first interview, which was 45 minutes long.

The process was quite navigable. The first two rounds were phone interviews (during COVID, granted) with a couple of programming questions, each taking 5-10 minutes. My interviewer was a bit hard to understand, but asked interesting questions.
