Not so much, but a startup feel
Easy to change team or tech stack. You can find teams with different workloads and areas of impact. You can have very good work-life balance if you are not crazy about growing fast on the corporate ladder.
Still pretty stressful. Things move fast. You are encouraged to take more work and responsibilities. Peer pressure. Lack of feeling personal contribution. Complexity because of scale, not because of an interesting problem.
