The company culture was great. Not having micromanagement and the collaboration among employees made my experience great.
I was working as a contractor, hoping I would get a chance to switch to a full-time job, but that didn't happen.

Terrible. The interviewer didn't even introduce himself and provided no guidance whatsoever. There was literally a five-minute gap of silence. By far one of the worst experiences I've had at a Big Tech company.
