The yearly evaluation is not that great. It's time-consuming and stressful.

Contacted by a recruiter. Scheduled a practice interview and aced it. Did the actual screening interview. Bombed an LeetCode easy question (I grinded mainly Medium-Hard, don't do this). Cannot reapply until 12 months from then.
