The team was very engineer-driven. Not much stops you from doing more design, coming up with features, and implementing them.
Seeing immediate impact was very rewarding.

- Need to know how to set your own boundaries to preserve good work-life balance.
- Everything is very metrics-driven, which sometimes doesn't lead to the best decisions in my opinion.
