• spoiled by the perks (free food everywhere, arcade, game centers, lounges, micro kitchens)
• actually really good execs (they at least came off as genuine and mostly transparent)
• intern events (not really my thing, but it was nice that the effort was invested to host them)

• No transparency surrounding return offer decisions, no say in which team you will work on.
• The amount of effort intern managers put in varies greatly, so intern experiences vary greatly as well.
• People seem to be happy with a stable 9-5 job and don't seem to want much else in life.

Only interacted with Zuck and Boz, but both always came off as super transparent and invested in the internship program.
