They are incredibly helpful and caring about the interns, very driven to make sure the interns succeed.
Lots of pressure. As an intern, they expect you to perform at the level of a full-time engineer by the end of your 12 weeks, so this is not an internship to take if you want a joyride.
Let the interns have more collaborative projects.

They asked just two LeetCode Mediums, all from the LeetCode tagged list. Simple follow-ups were asked afterwards. I did not need to run code, but I had to give the runtime and space complexity.
